Too often, the legal and compliance aspects of a new endeavor can be so overwhelming that they act as a deterrent to making a difference in the world. Berger Law was established to overcome those hurdles by providing clients with a model of representation that emphasizes a nuanced understanding of their circumstances and their needs. The result is that our clients are better prepared to accomplish their goals and make a difference in an interconnected world.
JUSTIN BERGER
Justin Berger is the founding attorney of Berger Law, LLC. He established Berger Law in response to a clear need of society: a resource for those that have the foundation for a new business, nonprofit, or campaign, but are uncertain or unfamiliar with navigating the legal framework of such terrain.
Justin relies on his experience as counsel for business and nonprofit entities, work on voter protection efforts, and time spent as director of operations for a statewide political campaign, to counsel clients starting out, and those needing assistance with ongoing operations and compliance.
Justin is licensed to practice law in Georgia. He received his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in communications from Elon University.
